Assistant Project Manager Jobs

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting a Project Manager with all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
• Procure materials and labor
• Manage all project documentation and submittals
• Track purchase orders status and coordinate jobsite deliveries
• Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years' of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills
