Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our Manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review construction floor plans and other project-related drawings
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on project strategy and execution
• Manage project installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance and identify potential issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Assist the Project Manager in creating project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying potential risks and issues

Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project schedules
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Experience managing installations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Proficient in drafting and reviewing construction floor plans and other project-related drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential risks and issues and develop effective solutions
