Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Five to seven years of senior management experience

Work collaboratively with the teams of Arts Education and Arts and Well-being to develop a department-wide impact measurement and assessment strategy.

Conceptualize and manage the execution of reports that raise awareness of the Arts Center’s work.

Implement and manage internal systems for conducting ongoing outcomes measurement and assessment

Outstanding analytical ability and advanced statistical knowledge with the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and extract relevant insights

Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in Arts, Culture, or event marketing/communications parks recreation, or related discipline.

High School or GED Certificate required.

Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Project management skills, including producing, tracking and managing multiple deliverables with overlapping deadlines

Assists with analyzing data and producing program impact summaries and reports with the assistance of support staff and the Grants Manager.

Experience within arts, racial equity or restorative justice fields

Experience with structured organizations, such as governments, universities, or large organizations

Experience managing calls for proposals in systems such as Submittable

Three (3) years of experience in a media related position.

Experience working with industry standard production and postproduction software and outputs for distribution.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in a media or related field.

Understanding of the film production and post production processes.

Direct experience in a higher education career services environment (experience as a graduate student is acceptable)

Support tracking and management for faculty lesson plan and curriculum toolkit requests.

Direct experience working in student success initiatives (minimum one year of full-time experience, or two years of part-time experience)

Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusiveness through direct experience working with a breadth of diverse populations

Basic knowledge of career assessment instruments (such as MBTI , Strong Interest Inventory, Strengths Finder, etc.)

Current knowledge of college-related industries for student and career development

The Arts Teaching Program responsibilities include:

French secondary certification required if not a US Citizen.

Broad-based knowledge of Reading/Language Arts education, pedagogy, assessment, instructional technology, and instructional coaching

Engage in professional development to maintain knowledge and skills in area(s) of responsibility.

Three years of experience in leadership position(s) related to campus-based teams

Five years of teaching experience in Reading/Language Arts and multisensory, structured language instruction

Experience in developing and presenting professional development

Experience in providing instructional coaching
