Experience learning spreadsheets, scheduling, communication, word processing, and LMS applications.

Provide day-to-day leadership and management to Station Trainers within designated area, mirroring the mission and core values of the company.

Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing diverse teams of managers and associates

Partner with station stakeholders (GM, HR, Operations, etc.) to ensure a smooth initial and recurrent training experience for all employees.

Effectively Manage and communicate station training schedules to maximize trainer efficiency and increase trainee competence.

Provide a consistent and comprehensive onboarding experience to all new trainers

Provide training design and development team with regular feedback to improve training experience

Evaluate employee capabilities, and training needs individualized to each person’s unique experience, knowledge, and capabilities.

Continuously train managers on soft skills, business acumen, and key behaviors and habits to strive for professional development.

Conduct the onboarding of new managers into your region’s clinics and other team members as required at any given time.

Strong influencing and communications skills

At least 2 years of experience in business leadership, at the multi-unit level is preferred.

Demonstrated success in leading improvements in skill development and business results.

Prior business management experience preferred.

AITs receive practical on-the-job-training in a skilled nursing home environment under the direct supervision of an experienced leader.

Possess a keen sense of business management, including financials, guided by a strong set of values and ethics.

A full-time paid executive training program that varies in length and curriculum based on level of experience.

Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, to manage competing priorities

Partner with regional leaders and station managers to perform skill gap analysis and drive adoption of learning solutions to fill gaps

Minimum 2 years of experience in related field such as training, education, online course development and/or Human Resources.

Manage client and stakeholder expectations by maintaining strong relationships and aligning on priorities to achieve operational KPIs

Serve as subject matter expert, consulting with L&D Program team to design & deliver learning solutions for operational skill gaps

Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams
