Administrator In Training (Ait) - Phoenix, Arizona Area

We are looking for our next group of future leaders that will join our company Administrator in Training (AIT) Program to be a FORCE for Good in the Skilled Nursing healthcare industry. We offer paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to prepare leaders to take and pass the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Exam. This AIT position will be based in the Phoenix, Arizona area. The candidate must live in the area, or be willing to relocate.

Position Summary:

• A full-time paid executive training program that varies in length and curriculum based on level of experience.
• In preparation for skilled nursing leadership, the AIT may be mentored by one or more skilled nursing home leaders to gain a thorough understanding of our culture, operating model, systems and what it takes to be a successful leader in Cascadia Healthcare.
• AITs receive practical on-the-job-training in a skilled nursing home environment under the direct supervision of an experienced leader.

Qualifications/Education

• A Bachelor’s Degree is necessary.
• MBA or MHA preferred, but other advanced degrees will be considered.

Experience

• Leadership experience in leading a team is necessary.
• Prior business management experience preferred.

The AIT must be willing to relocate at the end of the training to any open Cascadia location.
