Okie Express Auto Wash is the fastest-growing tunnel car wash company in the state of Oklahoma. We currently operate 25+ sites and will continue to grow. With this type of growth comes limitless job opportunities! On average, Manager’s in Training can earn between 55k-75k total compensation based on experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment and begin accruing PTO immediately; plus, you get to keep your car clean for free!

We are actively seeking an energetic Manager in Training who is solution-oriented and customer-focused, possessing outstanding leadership qualities and traits. Someone who can motivate, develop, and train their team members while having a good time.

As A Manager in Training You Will:

• Hire, train and develop new Crew Members, including Assistant Managers.
• Understand how the equipment works and how to perform maintenance on it.
• Maximize profitability and set/meet sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
• Exhibit respectful communication with all customers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Responsible for the daily reconciliation of cash and maintaining statistical and financial records

What we are looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Sales experience.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to train and support employees on routine and
• Complex tasks.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Ability to work at least 45 hours per week; be willing to work flexible hours including nights,
• Weekends, and holidays, which may include overtime.
• Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the entirety of your work shift.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills and professionalism at all times.
• Must possess excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
