Overview Area Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) are responsible for providing strategic HR support to a designated area or region. They work closely with the area leadership team to ensure that the organization’s HR objectives are met. They are also responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the area’s business objectives. Detailed Job Description Area Human Resources Business Partners are responsible for providing strategic HR support to a designated area or region. They work closely with the area leadership team to ensure that the organization’s HR objectives are met. They are also responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the area’s business objectives. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations issues, providing guidance and advice on HR matters, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additionally, they are responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee performance, and providing training and development opportunities. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Knowledge
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
• Knowledge of training and development
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Experience in managing employee relations issues
• Experience in recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Experience in managing employee performance
• Experience in providing training and development opportunities
