3+ years of Python coding experience

2+ years of experience in developing scripts, procedures in snowflake.

Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres and Cassandra.

Experience with using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GoCD, Azure Devops etc.

Must have at minimum (2) years’ experience of interpretation / translation

Must have document exploitation skills

Must have in-depth geo-political knowledge

Native proficiency preferred, not required.

Interagency Language Round Table (ILR) level 3 in both Target Language and English.

Experience in Caseload Management, Assessments & Treatment Planning.

Experienced with solution focused interventions and knowledge of treatment planning utilizing a behavioral format.

A minimum of two years’ experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral health needs.

Good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new computer systems and programs.

Experience working with a diverse population of clients

Experience working in a clinical setting

Conduct accurate and consecutive translation, transcription, and interpretation from Pashtu/Dari into English

Translate various syntax and expressions to include colloquial and slang phrases from English to Pashtu/Dari and vice versa

Accurately scan, research, and analyze foreign language documents

Ability to frequently travel worldwide with minimal oversight and guidance to third country sensitive meetings.

Revises in extenso verbatim records of meetings dealing with subjects of an exceptionally sensitive, complex or technical nature.

Translates/transcribes texts of an exceptionally sensitive, complex or technical nature, as required.

Trains junior Verbatim staff and provides feedback, advice and coaching to on-site and off-site Verbatim Reporters and Revisers as required.

Assists the Chief of Section with work programming for the Section and with the preparation of instructions.

Serves as deputy to the Chief of Section and acts as officer-in-charge in the Chief’s absence.

Performs other related duties as required.

Knowledge of North African Arabic dialects

Linguists shall have basic typing skills and be familiar with MS Office products including, PowerPoint.

This requirement can be based on interim authorizations granted by cognizant authority.

Two or more years of experience is desired.

Previous SOF experience is desirable.

Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.

Linguists shall have the ability to conduct consecutive, accurate interpretations of ongoing conversations and/or activities.

Digital Literacy: The teacher displays excellent digital skills and the ability to facilitate learning and community within a digital environment.

This position is an online (remote) position.

Interacting Within the Educational Environment:

Instructional Feedback: The teacher provides grading and personalized feedback for all student work to encourage student growth and mastery of concepts.

This is a contract-based position.

All course content has been created and is ready for teacher facilitation; teachers only need to add supplemental resources, etc.
