At least 2 years of full-time experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth start-up, or similar high-intensity role

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization—including product development, tech product, and marketing—and drive process forward to bring products to life

Own relationships with key external stakeholders including suppliers, third-party service providers, and contract labor responsible for brand launch

Work closely with senior leadership to execute against the company’s strategic objectives

Project manage entire deal life-cycle from prospecting, securing vetted interest, through deal execution, servicing and recap / reporting.

Work cross-functionally with day-to-day managers, digital team, sync licensing, PR teams, business managers, legal teams, and more.

Pitch, negotiate, secure and activate revenue-generating brand partnership deals for clients, with a focus on the Quality Control roster.

Proven track record of securing brand financial commitment in the music brand partnerships space.

Established relationships with brands, as well as sponsorship and activation agencies.

1+ years of business finance or other relevant experience

BS required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)

Advanced knowledge in Excel/Google Sheet

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and collaborative skills

Experience with Workday is preferred

5+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in venture capital roles

Flawless oral and written communication skills, able to present succinctly and clearly to C-level executives

3 – 5 years experience in technical roles in aerospace companies

3 – 5 years experience in venture capital

Adept at networking and building new relationships based on proactive research and assessment of common needs and outcomes

Proven acumen in assessing investment opportunities, financial modeling, managing transactions and identifying key signals regarding portfolio health and future performance

5+ years of program leadership and program management experience (e-commerce or retail preferred)

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including benefits, compensation, and tax implications

BA/BS in General Management, Human Resources or Business Development

Conduct due diligence to identify potential risks and opportunities related to HR, including employee benefits, compensation, culture, and talent retention

Oversee the integration of HR processes and systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration, and ensure a smooth transition for employees

2+ years of experience leading large scale global HR programs or HR workstreams for merger/acquisitions

Certification in a related field (e.g., innovation, digital products, design, engineering, etc.)

Many years of experience in ideation, innovation, or product development in the digital space.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Generate and develop new ideas for digital products, services, and processes.

Conduct research and gather insights to identify opportunities for innovation in the digital space.

Strong skills and experience in negotiating with senior management, customers, regulators or vendors to influence decisions

Develop and Execute overall investment strategies and implementation plans.

Coordinate the diligence of the candidates, including technology and IP analysis, team, financial, business model, valuation, legal, etc.

Present analysis and proposals to AV team and Venture Investment Committee.

Promote AV in the investment community.

Own individual investment decisions and recommendations made to the AV team and the Venture Investment Committee.
