Principal Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Required

Engage with all business areas (Logistics, Retail, Ecom, and Finance) to ensure proper gathering of ‘change requests’.

Ensure solution adoption, and benefit realization.

Advance knowledge of SQL / Oracle / MySQL, DOS commands and EDI standards.

Work knowledge in Microsoft Office Pack

Detailed oriented and strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills.

Assisting with some degree of testing new releases in a UAT capacity and also manage some production releases

Good understanding of the standard windows & UNIX environment and specifically experience of supporting a complex .NET and Java application suites.

Fault diagnosis and problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal skills and a pro-active attitude.

Experience using & supporting Calypso environment (UNIX\Java set up)

Experience supporting Risk & PnL systems

Partners with multiple technology areas and management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.

Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time

Works closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements

Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; communicates impact; proposes risk mitigation options.

Persuades and influences others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills
