Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data

Experience determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action

Communication skills including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.

Experience with the Oracle Federal E-Business Suite accounting applications to include:

IAM, includes Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Internet Directory (OID) release 12.2.1.3

Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) platform

Support application technical components for all in-use Oracle EBS modules

Responsible for monitoring impacts on systems and the user community,

Supporting Oracle through timely maintenance updates and active bug resolution

Project and personnel management skills and experience

Deliver trainings on regulatory and grant-specific requirements

5+ years of direct experience with CDBG-DR programs

Demonstrated knowledge of how housing, community and economic development, and disaster recovery programs are implemented at the state and/or local levels

Experience in developing and implementing project/team processes

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
