1+ years’ experience working with computer hardware and software in a Microsoft-networked computer environment. Experience working with a Macintosh a plus.

Strong hardware trouble shooting skills.

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.

Excellent phone and e-mail etiquette and customer service skills.

Coordinate with customer to determine functional requirements and determine technical solutions.

Analyze data in support of proposed projects, business cases, and system requirements.

2+ years prior experience in a customer support position, with a focus on accounting, financial, or banking applications

Coordinate with customers and/or technical staff to resolve issues with software applications.

Minimum 1-year experience supporting PoS systems (preferably Appetize and/or Micros)

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas and pivot tables

Experience with food and beverage business operations, ideally multi-location enterprises

Basic familiarity with Accounting practices (can balance finances/inventory, etc.)

Input PoS data: menu items, prices, discounts, employee credentials, venue layouts, etc.
