Job Title: Customer Experience Agent (CX Agent)

Experience working with CPG market and customer data + strong analytical skills

5+ years prior experience in sales roles or adjacent experiences

You will be formulating and implementing a strategic plan to ensure you reach maximum volume, profitability and customer service.

Conduct effective negotiations to implement Terms and Conditions aimed at achieving profitable growth for CP and Customers

Accurately forecast volume/sales/investment through effective 6P planning and clear identification of risks and opportunities on a monthly cycle.

Analyze the key promotional activities and business trends to understand results (e.g.ROI) and develop recommendations for future activities based on insights

Help drive revenue by using your knowledge and resources to offer solutions that improve their Divvy experience

You enjoy contributing to your team's culture in a remote team environment

Some college/one or more years of work experience.

1-2 years in a customer support role, preferably at a SaaS, banking, or finance company

Respond to diverse and demanding phone or chat support inquiries while delivering excellent customer service and managing customer expectations

Communicate effectively and own the full resolution each customer’s concern

Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery.

Strong knowledge of and experience with the gaming industry and PC hardware/peripherals

2+ years of experience creating and updating product/support documentation for use on Amazon or other platforms

Knowledge of customer support best practices, tools, and KPIs

Review and respond to incoming Amazon Customer Support messages

Analyze the Voice of the Customer (VoC) dashboard and respond to product reviews as necessary

Escalate any issues raised from reviews or support messages to the appropriate internal team for resolution
