Airline Passenger Service Assistant Jobs

Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers, team members, and station leadership.

Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED or work experience equivalent.

Additional hours or full-time schedule may be available based on airline demand and schedule availability*

Make announcements at the gate or over the general PA system regarding flight activity.

Be responsible for all flight movement messages between the gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors

Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (only required for some airports)

Comply with all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint screening requirements and processes

Interact with passengers in a positive interpersonal way

In-terminal plane transfers, originating passengers, or destination-arriving passengers

Assist passengers at baggage claim as necessary

Coordinate with dispatcher for assignments (dependent on airport)

Complete thorough Incident Reports for any accidents or out-of-the-ordinary events while in the court of transporting a passenger

Paid Time Off (for FT positions)

Review all necessary documentation to travel, following all regulations and security procedures, including company and government agencies regulations.

High school diploma or GED

Must have 5+ years of management experience with in Airline, Operations or Hospitality industry

MUST HAVE prior or current Airline / Airport management experience

MUST have prior airline or airport operational management experience!

Must clear a background check for the FAA, as the position aligns and works with airline personnel and executive management

The operations for this opening is 24/7 and situations may arise that require management on-site

May be scheduled for weekends and holidays when needed

Time and a half on Sunday’s and observed holidays
