Job Description
dnata is hiring Passenger Service Agents at MCO Airport!


Pay Rate $16.00/hr.


5 day work week with 2 scheduled days off (Tuesday and Thursday)


900am-200pm and 430pm-930pm


  • Shift hours are subject to change due to late aircraft arrival times*


Must be willing to work weekends, holidays!

As a dnata Passenger Service Agent, you have an essential role of handling administrative procedures for international passengers before and after a flight, including but not limited to


  • Announce arrivals and departures as necessary
  • Electronic check-in of passengers for international travel
  • Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned flight
  • Assign passenger seats
  • Possess basic computer literacy
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods of time
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Verification of documents for international and domestic flights
  • Match manifest to on-board count
  • Provide information to passengers/customers as requested
  • Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports
  • Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations
  • Push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds
  • Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift
  • Verify ticket and seat reservations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Connect/disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary
  • Maintain liaison with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives and Ground Handlers
  • Exceptional customer service skills
