Overview The Academic Director is responsible for the overall academic direction of the institution. This includes developing and implementing academic policies, overseeing the curriculum, and ensuring the quality of the educational programs. The Academic Director is also responsible for the recruitment and retention of faculty and staff, and for the development of the institution's academic reputation. Detailed Job Description The Academic Director is responsible for the overall academic direction of the institution. This includes developing and implementing academic policies, overseeing the curriculum, and ensuring the quality of the educational programs. The Academic Director is also responsible for the recruitment and retention of faculty and staff, and for the development of the institution's academic reputation. The Academic Director will also be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans for the institution, and for the management of the institution's budget. The Academic Director will also be responsible for the development and implementation of assessment and evaluation systems, and for the development of new initiatives and programs.
