The Assistant Director, Academic Services performs a number of varied tasks to support critical, frontline processes for Woods College. This includes entry, maintenance, and preparation of Woods College course offerings, curriculum management records, and student support services such as processing program changes, leave of absence, override requests, reactivation of returning students, etc. To effectively support the unit, this role also performs routine tasks in the CRM to advance the goals and objectives of the finance and administration team within Woods.
This position requires the completion of a Bachelor's degree and two years of professional work experience. Strong candidates will have experience/demonstrated the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple competing priorities, strong attention to detail and analytical skills, and be proficient in Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, and possess an interest in and ability to learn and expand proficiency in other technologies and tools.
Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $53,950 to $67,450; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Education
Bachelor's degree required
Experience
Two years of professional work experience required. Experience managing multiple projects/tasks to a high quality of completion. Must be comfortable working under strict deadlines and interfacing with various stakeholders in a variety of situations. Familiarity with higher education organizational structures, academic policies, and student information systems/registration systems preferred.
