Evaluating and approving medical statements on children who are unable to comply with USDA requirements;

Offering counseling and suggesting positive alterations in nutrition with parents and/or guardians;

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Child and Adult Care Food Program regulations;

Providing nutrition education sessions for site staff and Nutrition Program staff;

Developing educational material for parents/caregivers and providing workshops on topics regarding feeding concerns;

4 to 5 years of experience performing similar molding responsibilities.

Knowledge of process troubleshooting using scientific molding methods.

Knowledge of injection molding machinery, control systems (electric, hydraulic, pneumatic).

Knowledge of material handling/auxiliary equipment, dryers, conveyors, Etc.

Advanced knowledge of auxiliary equipment (mold temperature controllers, hot runner controllers, sprue pickers, robots).

Advanced knowledge of building maintenance systems (Water Tower, Central Chiller, and Air Compressors).

Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, mowers, pickup trucks, and hand tools.

Ability to repetitively lift and handle 35# propane bottles.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to use CMS to document daily, weekly and monthly quality control checks.
