Navigare Yachting is the fastest growing premiere charter company in the world. Our dedication to excellent relations with our charter guest, yacht owners and employees, combined with a marketing team that has exceeded expectations has sparked an increase in leads. We need a strong sales professional to close these leads that combine yacht sales and the financial benefits of owning a yacht in charter.
This position will be based in our St Petersburg, Florida office. While some flexibility will be allowed for remote work, the majority of days will in the office.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage complex negotiations with high net worth individuals
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
