Position Summary:
The Workforce Management Analyst will review team metrics and employee performance trends, create goals, and recommend plans to improve efficiency in the department. They will be responsible for analyzing workloads, staff resource levels, and providing recommendations and analysis on ways to be more productive. They will also be tasked with managing the daily actions in our technology systems and communicating any roadblocks to the management team.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Execute opportunities to create cost savings and increase profitability.
- Support the implementation of various programs for the improvement of call center processes.
- Monitor team performance to ensure that the call center goals are met while sustaining call center quality.
- Identify sales and operations trends based on data and formulate recommendations to address trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales Business Analyst to evaluate the team’s productivity and recommend improvements.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
- Conduct presentations of analyses and recommendations to leadership as needed.
- Manage the workload presented to, and technology platforms used by the Call Center on a daily and monthly basis.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to resolve problems.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time.
- Strong analytical & reporting skills and ability to focus on details.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups, Pivot Tables, & Macros.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3+ years’ experience in sales, customer service or related role; OR High School Diploma and 5+ years’ experience in sales, customer service or related role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Proficient in other Microsoft Office tools with ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- CRM and Telephony system experience.
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a call center environment.
- Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Cisco
