Description:The MFC Global Supply Chain Workforce Development (WFD) Training Coordinator performs an essential, highly administrative role which supports the WFD Team operations and the development of MFC GSC Workforce. The Coordinator is responsible for the schedule management and coordination of Supply Chain Academy courses including communication with participants and instructors. The coordinator serves as the main point of contact with the centralized MFC Talent and Organization Capabilities Team and is responsible for coordinating virtual and in person training class logistics. The coordinator manages learning curriculum assignments within the SuccessFactors Learning Management System, responds to employee inquiries related to their learning plans and executes employee class registration and course credit tasks. The coordinator drives additional assigned projects to completion, understands work impacts and contributes to operational efficiencies and improvements of the WFD Team and the Supply Chain Academy. This role may contribute to course material or support class monitoring duties on occasion.

Desired Skills:
Experience in Learning Management System Maintenance
Experience in Training Curriculum Development
Experience in Training others using various training mediums
Subcontracting experience associated with commodities, assemblies, and equipment within
Defense or Aerospace industries
Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and requirements for FAR / DFAR based contracts
and internal acquisition policies and procedures such as Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
