Overview A Workforce Coordinator is responsible for managing the workforce of an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that the organization has the right number of employees with the right skills and qualifications to meet its operational needs. They also manage employee relations, recruitment, and training. Detailed Job Description A Workforce Coordinator is responsible for managing the workforce of an organization. This includes recruiting, hiring, and training new employees, as well as managing employee relations and ensuring that the organization has the right number of employees with the right skills and qualifications to meet its operational needs. The Workforce Coordinator is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to workforce management, as well as monitoring and evaluating employee performance. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in workforce management
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
• Knowledge of training and development

• At least two years of experience in workforce management
