The core mission of Optum Connect is to provide end-to-end Information Technology services to the commercial market. Optum Connect solutions incorporate products, capabilities, services, and other offerings from across Optum into end-to-end solutions. In your role you will be responsible for working with our client and be responsible for the maintenance and support operations of the Workday ERP application suite. The resource is expected to manage security access controls in Workday and support business processes for all areas including HCM, talent, attendance, benefits, compensation, and people analytics.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders and partner with Business/Product and QA teams to ensure quality
- Analyze, assess and support resolution of technical issues, configure, test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday as required.
- Manage security access controls in Workday and support business processes for all areas including HCM, talent, attendance, benefits, compensation, and people analytics
- Plan and manage tickets as per SLA requirement and provide resolutions as needed to accomplish the work
- Consult with HR Business Partners and Center of Excellence Leaders to understand business needs and develop Workday solutions to address them
- Understand the Application support model and working with IT service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Partner with HR/payroll System Admin to review and test weekly patch updates
- Serve as an IT partner for the team supporting the Workday platform for post-production issues resolution and ongoing O&M activities.
- Partner with System Administrator on new integration development, configuring calculated fields and reporting requirements to facilitate cross-training
- End to end accountability for all Application Delivery Services for daily operations and maintenance tasks for the Workday implementation and support services.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in handling of project and program management methodology/techniques
- 2+ years of experience in business processes configuration/modifications/enhancements
- Proven solid functional knowledge for Core HR, recruiting, performance/talent, profiles, benefits, training administration, position management, time tracking, and security administration
- 2+ years of experience in Workday troubleshooting and debugging
- Experience driving implementation and supporting highly scalable technology solutions for clients
- 2+ years of experience in Workday security administration and business
- 2+ years of experience in setting up Workday security, domain policies, and business process policies
- 2+ years of experience in providing Workday support
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
