We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Apps Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Power Apps solutions for our organization's business processes. The Power Apps Developer will work closely with the business stakeholders to understand their requirements, create specifications, and build and deploy solutions that meet those requirements. The candidate should have strong technical skills, including experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Power Platform.
The hired may be required to come to the S&T campus at their own expense for meetings, training, troubleshooting, etc. The rest of the time the position will work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Apps solutions.
- Stay current with the latest developments in the Power Platform and other related technologies.
- Create and maintain documentation for Power Apps solutions.
- Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to integrate Power Apps solutions with other systems.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications for solutions.
- Develop custom Power Apps solutions for business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Power Apps solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Office 365
- Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Power Platform
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience developing Power Apps solutions
