Job Description
The Sr. Analyst Learning & Talent Development is responsible for design, development, deployment and measurement of all training curriculum with oversight from the Sr. Manager Learning & Talent Development. This role will identify and partner with internal and external customers to provide learning solutions that align with the ONE CSX strategy, Values & Behaviors, and business objectives.
The Sr. Analyst Learning & Talent Development will be accountable to deliver/facilitate classroom or virtual instructor-led training, provide coaching skills and leadership development and work with external partners to build the talent pipeline. This is a fast-paced role and requires strong communication skills, project management skills and a foundation of learning & development experiences.

Primary Activities
Partners with internal stakeholders and conducts internal needs analysis to determine what business skills or training programs would be most impactful to drive ONE CSX talent strategy
Continually updates existing CSX training and development curriculum and programs to ensure it is relevant and up to date with learning standards and customer needs
Facilitates training classes/programs across all management and craft departments and levels
Conducts program administration as required
Supports external partnerships and programs and assists with community engagement activities to build the talent pipeline
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data repositories
Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager
Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree/2-year degree; 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources, L&D, Instructional Design, Education, Talent Development/Management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/4-year degree; 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources, L&D, Talent Development/Management, experience with learning management systems and HRIS systems
Knowledge & Skills
Familiar with different modes of learning, theories, practices and must be a strong trainer/facilitator
Strong customer service skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate across the CSX networks
Ability to be creative and innovative with high attention to detail with product delivery
Ability to develop and deliver training curriculum across all management and crafts
Project management/program management experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, LMS, other related training and development technology experience
Ability to explain how learning and development can support CSXs business strategy
