Qa Erp Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior business leaders and users to determine the reporting requirements.
• Supervise QA Analysts
• Demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions regarding technology-related projects, including scope, system requirements, testing, and implementation.
• Actively participate in Sprint planning meetings and Review sessions. Manage the development of test scenarios, test cases, test data, test reports
• Domestic and international travel required up to 10%
• Assess and analyze user stories, review Product Backlog and participated in Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospective and Defect triage meetings and Review sessions.
• Work with Automation resources to script, maintain and update, execute all automation tests.
• Lead on-site and Global QA teams in best practice industry standard QA practices.
• Collaborate with functional leaders, Business Stakeholders, IT and project teams to create and manage end to end Fusion Oracle Cloud testing requirements
• Review requirements for completeness, acceptance criteria and adherence to solution design.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience
• Strong Experience in testing phases such as Smoke, Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, Performance for the highly structural and complex systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
• Hands on expertise Testing SQL Server, Amazon Aurora, RDS, Redshift and DynamoDB.
• Experience with defect tracking and analysis using Jira, Rally and ALM tools.
• Extensive experience reviewing requirements and solution designs and creating test plans for manual and automated testing
• Experience on Test Management and Automation Tools such as qTest, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, SoapUI, Postman.
• A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
• 5+ experience in implementing and rolling out Oracle Cloud Fusion Application OTBI and BIP reporting tools.
• Experience supervising other QA Analysts.
• Expertise in creating Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Daily/Weekly Status Report, Defect Report and Project Report.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range estimated for the QA ERP Test Lead: $97,000 to $150,000 USD.
