Will Call Clerk - Using Raymond Standing Forklift

General Purpose of Job:
The Will Call Team Member is primarily responsible for timely and accurately selecting and palletizing product orders for our customers and sales team that order from Will Call.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following – other duties may be assigned:

• Treat all products you touch with respect.
• Properly stack and label products on pallets for pick-up by the customer.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and practices.
• Use pallet jack in the warehouse to transport product to the Will Call door.
• Team Member who reinforces Jake’s mission, vision and core values at all times while ensuring that the company’s loading activities run safely, efficiently and profitably.
• Logging onto completion of each unit of work assigned.
• Complete “Equipment Safety Checklist” before starting job duties.
• Using our picking system, or the label system, select products for customer orders.
• Comply with all Safety policies, procedures and practices.
• Requires routine lifting/moving of up to 65 pounds, requires occasional lifting heavier amounts.
• Act as a back-up to other warehouse functions as needed.
• Report all spills, breakage, and damage of product to a supervisor.
• Practice great Customer Service skills when loading items into their vehicles.
• Timely arrival to work and clocking into the payroll system.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management team.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Preferred Stand-up Forklift certification.

• Ability to maintain a high level of visual attention and accuracy and mental concentration for significant periods of time as required.
• Ability to work in cooler temperature zones as low as -20 degrees.
