• Attentively listens to patient’s complaints and incorporates them into the record.
• Provides educational presentations to groups of patients and individual patients.
• Is the subject matter expert on the weight loss program.
• Calls attention of physician and/or nurse to special needs of patient.
• Schedules patient appointments for the weight loss program.
• Assists physician and nurse in administration of the weight management program according to clinic policy and procedures.
• Accurately records information on patients.
• Provides support and encouragement to patients.
