Today’s world can be intense and stressful, and it’s taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. Bend Health Coaching Services are designed specifically to extend more helpful resources to more families who need help managing the ups and downs of everyday life. As the research shows, mental health coaching is an effective way to manage emotions, challenge negative thinking, and reduce stress and anxiety.

We are looking for a full-time, Behavioral Health Coach passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to a Clinical Supervisor.

What you’ll do:

• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully
• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model
• Pilot experimental coaching protocols and techniques
• Partner closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and behavioral case managers

Who you are:

• Warm and engaging coaching style
• Experience working with kids, teens, and adolescents - pediatric experience
• Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing telehealth via video
• Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals
• Organized and excited by a dynamic environment
• ICF Coaching Certification, NBC-HW or a Master's degree in psychology field (unlicensed)
• Strong preference for mental health background

The salary range for United States residents is $50,000-$55,000 + Bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
