Weekend Receptionist Jobs

Toyota Carlsbad is currently looking for a Weekend Receptionist.
Position Summary: The receptionist is the dealership's front-line contact with the public and must represent the dealership in a professional, friendly manner at all times. This qualified candidate will be responsible for answering and routing incoming dealership calls and providing basic information to callers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-2 years of experience with multi-line phone in a busy, public environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experienced in phone reception, front desk, and customer service.
• Organized, good follow up and time management skills.
• Intermediate data entry, Excel, Word, and computer skills
