VP of Project Development - EV Infrastructure - USA - $230K-$300K

My client is building the massive infrastructure that is needed to economically electrify commercial transportation, increase grid resilience, and lay the foundation for a decarbonized future by enabling the turnkey electrification of commercial transportation vehicles.

They are looking to grow their Senior Team and help them add to building a combined USD $10 billion of utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects across the United States and around the globe.

As the VP of Project Development, you will lead development projects from site identification through construction hand-off, in order to maintain schedule and budget and address needs of various stakeholders. You will create a data-driven process to identify project and acquisition targets and implement strategy to de-risk identified projects, whilst managing budgets and timelines across all projects. Importantly, you will secure key development assets needed for electric charging depots, including site control, interconnection, and permits at the federal, state, and local levels.

Qualifications

- 15-20 years in a previous development role preferably in the EV charging, renewable energy or related field with focus in real estate negotiation and utility scale interconnection

- Existing network in utilities, regulatory and/or real estate a plus

- Strong project management and communication skills

- EV Charging Background (Ideal)
