Vp Of Prison Operations

NaphCare has an exceptional leadership opportunity for an experienced RN or NP/PA administrative leader to be VP of Prison Operations for our expanding prison healthcare operations.

NaphCare partners with correctional facilities across the nation to provide proactive, patient-focused high-quality healthcare with our teams of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff.

This person will have oversight for new prison startups throughout the nation and will be instrumental in helping us expand our footprint.

The candidate must also have significant prison experience and connections to assist with securing more prison contracts.

Must live in Birmingham, AL, or Las Vegas, NV. Main responsibilities will include heavy travel related to starting up new prison healthcare contracts, managing prison contracts, and traveling to and attending new site bid presentations and walk-throughs.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s in Nursing or Healthcare Management/Administration or a comparable degree. They will have demonstrated knowledge of clinical operations and experience in leading teams at a high level. Experience in prison correctional care is highly preferred.
