Job Summary

As demand for GoodPop products continues to grow, efficient manufacturing and supply chain coordination will be critical to the brand's success. We are seeking an experienced leader to build the future manufacturing network for GoodPop. This role will be pivotal as this leader will implement new run strategies, build and nurture co-manufacturer relationships, and ensure our supply chain stays coordinated as we land our new manufacturing network.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Collaboration with Innovation and R&D to commercialize new products with appropriate co-manufacturers
• Leadership of annual pre-planning sessions, monthly operation calls, and quarterly business reviews with co-manufacturers
• Partnering with co-manufacturers to leverage available capacity and capabilities for GoodPop innovation and renovation
• Coordination with Quality team to plan and execute regular audits, and ensure all production line direction is appropriately conveyed to co-man production teams
• Building of co-manufacturing network that enables primary and secondary production across all product groups
• Information flow between GoodPop and co-manufacturers complies with agreed to ways of working, including regular inventory, pre-planning, attainment, and financial reporting
• Coordination with Procurement team to align long term capacity plans with raw material sourcing needs
• Accurate and timely reflection of operations in GoodPop ERP
• Strategic and tactical responsibility for all contract manufacturing activities, in alignment with overall GoodPop strategy and growth agenda
• Coordination with Logistics team to ensure efficient inbound delivery of raw materials and outbound delivery of finished goods
• Management and oversight of contract manufacturing operations, including onboarding of new partners, implementation and maintenance of efficient ways of working, and compliance with product specifications and quality standards
• Compliance with co-manufacturing agreements, including financial terms
• Leadership of planning teams to ensure demand, supply, materials, and all requirements planning support overall Sales & Operations Plan
• Escalation of risks and concerns that could impact GoodPop service levels, quality, or cost

Required Skills/Abilities

• Remote position but ability to travel (10%)
• Is super entrepreneurial, strategic, bold, audacious, and an independent thinker
• Passion for and ability to execute continuous improvement plans
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• 10+ combined years of food manufacturing and supply chain experience
