Vice President of Marketing
Location: Anywhere with an east coast time zone due to the company's HQ being in Europe.

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President (VP) of Marketing with a strong background in brand strategy and development. As VP of Marketing, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the brand, creating and executing a robust marketing strategy that increases our brand awareness, drives growth, and strengthens our market position in the ed-tech sector. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and strategic marketer to make a profound impact on our business and the lives of learners around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to align with our branding objectives.
- Provide thought leadership in identifying key market trends and insights to leverage branding opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align our marketing strategy with business goals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy that builds and enhances the brand identity, increases customer engagement, and drives growth.
- Oversee all marketing operations, ensuring brand consistency across various channels and touchpoints.
- Develop key metrics to measure, assess, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering an environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge of modern marketing techniques and platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing and brand strategies.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong emphasis on branding.
- Strong understanding of the education technology industry.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Come from a SaaS background. Ideally, you have Edtech exposure.
