The VP enables business growth and drives market differentiation for multiple global clients. The VP will drive sales and account expansion for accounts within their assigned portfolio and also provide account management functions that align with client needs and Randstad Enterprise Group’s account management best practices. The role is a client-facing role responsible for driving the overall account strategy and service roadmap, as well as establishing client executive stakeholder relationships to better establish a lasting client partnership. Fundamentally, the role is responsible for driving directed selling activity by the VP, Randstad Operating Companies, and service line Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
education
- Evidence of ongoing, continual education preferred
- Master’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant business experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required

- Excellent cross-group collaboration skills; ability to impact and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment
- Understanding of and proven track record of regional cultural differences in working with global teams
- Eight + years of related sales experience with human resources solutions or consulting organizations, highly preferred
- Three + years of executive account management experience at global level required
- Experience in strategic sales in a complex, rapidly changing, global business environment
- Proven track record of creating successful enterprise global sales strategies with sustained, profitable business success

- Ability to consult with and identify needs of internal and customers and drive value creation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at executive levels
- Demonstrates sensitivity in navigating complex global cultures
- Strong negotiation skills – including high-value deals with C-suite executives
- In depth knowledge of internal Randstad business practices, key stakeholders, and exposure to various Randstad solutions is strongly preferred
- Strong digital fluency and ability to adapt to emerging technologies

- Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Ability to speak a second language is preferred

The base salary range for this position is $114,000 - $180,100.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
