Responsibilities
Under moderate supervision, the Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is responsible for providing outbound marketing and inbound customer telephonic support in a pharmaceutical environment. Primary responsibility will be making calls to clients/customers (such as HCPs, physicians, and pharmacists) to market or detail a specific product utilizing a call guide, then entering data into Salesforce, Veeva.

- Display exemplary phone etiquette following approved call talking points/guide.
- Implement and execute outbound phone calls in a compliant manner using marketing and sales direction to achieve territory objectives.
- Work with internal client regulatory and medical affairs and Sales Manager to efficiently and effectively resolve customer needs.
- Understand and utilize the Telephony system and record appropriate information in CRM in accordance with customer business rules and training
- Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets
- Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of aligned targets.
- Demonstrate territory planning with impactful pre/post-call analysis proficiency

- Bachelor's Degree required (required)
- Ability to work independently and as a team member while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems
- Effective prioritization and planning skills while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
- Self-motivated with strong performance orientation; expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building success via e-promotion
- 1+ years of virtual/inside sales experience (pharmaceutical, B2B, or related)
- Technical/computer proficiency
