Virtual Personal Operations Assistant 5-10 Hours Per Week (Ic-Mt)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Director of Operations for the client's personal life, coordinating and overseeing various tasks and projects.
• Organize and manage the placement of new credit cards in appropriate accounts and systems.
• Assist in scheduling travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Schedule and participate in several phone calls per week to discuss progress, updates, and address any concerns.
• Provide support in handling pop-up tasks and ad-hoc requests as they arise.
• Research retirement plans, meet with relevant professionals, and present a comprehensive retirement plan to the client.
• Conduct research on end-of-plan options and present findings to the client, working together to implement the chosen plan.
• Streamline and update car insurance policies based on thorough research and analysis.
• Maintain and manage the client's calendar, ensuring all appointments and commitments are scheduled effectively.
• Utilize project management skills to effectively manage tasks and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

• Capable of researching and understanding the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.
• Assertive and not passive in managing tasks and communications.
• Strong advocacy for diversity, inclusivity, and serving as a point of contact for POC/LGBTQIA/minority communities is a must.
• Display a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle tasks efficiently and effectively.
• High-energy individual with a proactive and self-starting approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and efficient communication.
• Intuitively organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely and effectively with the client and other team members.
• Previous experience in project management or personal assistance is a must.
• Located in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone.
• Available to work approximately 5-10 hours per week, with flexibility to increase as needed.
• Comfortable with communicating primarily via text and email, with a few check-in calls each week.
