Virtual Interior Design Coordinator 5-10 Hours Per Week (Ic-Vg)

Key Responsibilities

• Client Updates: Send out weekly updates to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their projects and addressing any questions or concerns
• Customer Inquiry Management: Efficiently handle customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses that reflect our commitment to excellent service
• White Glove Service: Provide personalized and high-touch service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is exceptional
• Project Assistance: Utilize design software like Sketchup and Autocad to assist with various design projects. Collaborate with the design team to contribute creative solutions
• Ad Hoc Support: Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects as needed, showcasing your organizational skills and adaptability
• Invoice Reminders: Send reminders for invoice payments, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients

Requirements

• Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to generate innovative design ideas
• Proficiency in platforms like HousePro, Sketchup, and Autocad
• PST, MST, CST, or EST Time Zones
• Dependable team player with a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Experience working in the interior design space is a must
• Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week, with potential for increased availability based on workload
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
