Virtual Assistant 5 Hours Per Week (Ic-Kc)

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for a role that's a blend of social media and administrative. The successful candidate will be responsible for sending follow-up emails after meetings, assisting with light bookkeeping, managing social media posts, reviewing and editing blog posts, and repurposing content for social media platforms.
Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media posts on various platforms.
• Assist with light bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
• Assist with various projects as needed.
• Create and manage Amazon presence.
• Review and edit blog posts and upload links and images.
• Reach out to podcasts, mom groups, and media for potential collaborations.
• Send follow-up emails with details from meetings.
• Set up and manage Pinterest account.
• Hold team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
• Repurpose content for use on social media platforms.

Requirements

• Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone
• Proficient in Mailchimp, WordPress, Acuity, Google Office Suite, and Canva
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital platforms
• Interest in healthy eating and nutrition a plus
• Experience in social media and digital marketing
• Availability to work 5 hours per week
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
