POSITION / TITLE: Video Content Creator

Kore.ai, Inc. is a leading provider of conversational AI solutions. Our platform enables businesses to automate and enhance their customer interactions, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency. As part of our Product-Led Growth (PLG) team, we are seeking a talented Video Content Creator to develop engaging and impactful video content that drives user adoption and showcases the value of our products.

Role Description:

As a Video Content Creator on the PLG team at Kore.ai, you will be responsible for producing compelling video content that effectively communicates the features, benefits, and use cases of our products to both existing and potential customers. Plus you will also be creating content that is educational in nature that brings in relevant topics in the industry today. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to create videos that align with our brand and marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for video production and a knack for storytelling.

Responsibilities:

● Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content that highlights the features, benefits, and use cases of Kore.ai's products.

● Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to understand target audience needs and develop video strategies that align with the company's goals.

● Plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting, equipment setup, lighting, audio recording, and talent coordination.

● Edit and post-produce videos, ensuring they meet quality standards and are optimized for various platforms (website, social media, email campaigns, etc.).

● Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content and engage viewers.

● Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of video content.

● Manage and maintain video assets, including organizing and archiving footage, graphics, and audio files.

● Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers as needed for specialized video production requirements.

Requirements:

● Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and engaging videos required.

● Minimum 3 years professional experience in developing video strategies, storytelling and scriptwriting skills required.

● Previous professional experience in SaaS/Cloud technology companies, conversational ai technology highly preferred.

● Intermediate level of proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools required.

● Minimum 3 years of comprehensive professional experience & understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and sound design principles required.

● Candidates must be currently residing/living in New York City, NY or Orlando, FL to be considered for this role.

● Knowledge of video production equipment and best practices for video shoots required.

● Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is strongly preferred.

● Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly.

● Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Education Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required.

Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the annual salary for this position ranges from $65,000 - $85,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
