Position Summary: This is a Contract role (25-40 hours/week) paying $50-60 per hour.

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Content Creator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, publishing, and distribution of engaging email and social media content across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of work and redefining the workspace experience.

One thing that we have learned over the years is that the best way to come up with content about Industrious, is to be in an Industrious and meeting our wonderful Member Experience Managers (MXM) and Members. As such, we are going to provide you with a Global Access Pass to visit any of our Industrious locations in our network in order to give you a place to work, create and engage with the team. We’ll expect you to be in person working out of our locations but that also comes with free coffee, breakfast, charcuteries, snacks and happy hours! Exact scope of time in office for content creation vs. working from home can be varied depending on task lists, content needed and market.

This is a contract with the opportunity for a full-time hire and is a contract in order for us to find both the best fit for you and our team.

Responsibilities

• Create and curate captivating email content tailored for sales leads, members of our coworking spaces, and our landlord partners.
• Craft engaging social media content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and Threads, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Monitor and respond to community engagement, inquiries, and feedback on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and amplify key messages related to coworking, the future of work, hybrid work, office and workspace design, company culture, employee engagement, motivation, employee experience, and remote work.
• Develop, create, and distribute social media and email content that aligns with Industrious' brand voice and resonates with our target audiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
• Utilize Knak and Marketo to manage and optimize email content campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and tracking performance metrics.

Requirements

• Passion for the future of work and interest in the coworking industry.
• Proven experience (either through previous work or personal projects) in content creation, copywriting, or social media management.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms like Knak and Marketo (previous experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of workspace trends, employee experience, and related subject matters is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammatical accuracy.
• A proactive and collaborative attitude, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, adhering to deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to produce innovative content ideas.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their unique characteristics.
