Job Description
Position Overview


As the senior strategy leader within Pharmacy Automation, this role reports to the VP, Automation Operations and leads an agile team supporting high priority, project-based strategic initiatives across the organization. This role will serve on the Pharmacy Automation leadership team and will partner with stakeholders to maintain a portfolio of key projects related to customer experience, business process improvements, innovations, implementations, the CMM pharmacy dispensing network, and other complex initiatives. This role will lead a team of 1 or 2 individual contributors responsible for driving initiative success.


Key Responsibilities


  • Leverages team to develop and execute key strategic initiatives end-to-end, maintaining responsibility for managing timelines, budgets, shifting priorities, scorecards, and stakeholder relationships and expectations, as well as timely communications to appropriate audiences, including executive leaders.
  • Leads team of individual contributor consultants providing support for key projects and thought partnership within the business to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Establishes and develops best practices and tools that build strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and project management capabilities throughout the organization.
  • Identifies creative solutions to improve operational pain points, efficiencies, and customer experiences. Embraces innovative approaches to complex problems that can be converted into actionable results.
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of Pharmacy Automation’s business offerings, competitors, trends, economic drivers, financial conditions, and market dynamics across all relevant industries including healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, technology, and automation.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.


Our Base Pay Range for this position


$162,000 - $270,000
