Job Description
1.To lead the sales team to meet and exceed the company’s sales goals.
2.Hiring the sales teammates and developing members of the company's talent pool as well as training them on various techniques that are needed to reach set KPIs (key performance indicators).
3. Developing the retail partners across the country by various means including but not limited to fairs, Expos, ATL or BTL media mix.
