Job Description
Position Purpose:


This position is responsible for designing, facilitating, and implementing processes to ensure that Renown Health is appropriately reimbursed for all services provided in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements. The incumbent identifies best practice revenue cycle processes and implements these solutions for Renown Health.

Nature and Scope:


The main responsibility of this position is to ensure that Renown Health is optimizing its revenue cycle process. This position will ensure that all Renown Health entities receive the appropriate reimbursement according to the contracts, laws, and regulations governing governmental and third party agencies.
This position will provide assistance to Renown Health Network management, consultants, governmental and third party auditors, and internal and external auditors. This position will also provide assistance to attorneys for the purpose of formal appeals.
This position will be responsible to analyze performance for all revenue cycle metrics against published benchmarks.
This position will keep abreast of all standards to assure compliance with regulations, orders or directives issued by duly constituted governmental/regulatory agencies or third party payers.
This position does not provide patient care.

Minimum Qualifications: Requirements - Required and/or Preferred


Education:

Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Requires a Bachelor's Degree. An MBA or CPA is preferred.


Experience:

Requires at least five years experience in the hospital revenue cycle.

License(s):

Computer / Typing:

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook,PowerPoint, Excel and Word andhave the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.

Salary Range: $92.00 - $138.00
