Minimum of 6 years of progressive full-time experience, preferably in a higher education setting.

10+ years experience in the property management field Required and

Flexibility and time management skills are critical.

Works as operational liaison between Executive Management and portfolio operations.

Works with Directors of Operations to improve processes and management methods to generate above budgeted NOI.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or other related fields. Preferred

Manage capital structure, ensuring optimal leverage of financial resources to expand a portfolio of capital investments.

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.

Conduct recurring student housing sales reviews and provide performance analysis/metrics on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management

8+ years of sales experience within the multifamily industry relating to student housing

8+ years of high-performance sales experience within fast-growth enterprise B2B student housing sales environments

Experience opening entirely new markets or launching first-to-market solutions relating to student housing preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Manage and report on housing budget: control and tracking of payments and budgets for housing department, including damages and additional fees

BA and 7-10 years of relevant experience .

Must be bilingual, with strong English skills.

Excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills.

Housing placements: reception of student profiles & preferences and housing requests, assigning student housing

Orientation and arrival day: info session on housing--rules & regulations, issuing keys & getting students settled

Overseeing the management and prioritizing access to the VPSA’s calendar, including coordinating meetings with stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 3+ years of related administrative experience OR equivalent education and experience.

Experience providing administrative support at an executive level.

Experience with project coordination in an academic or equally complex setting.

Computer proficiency - intermediate to advanced (ex. MS Office, HRIS, G-Suite, web) skills in office technology, software programs, and presentation development.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.

5+ years’ experience with student housing property management operations

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or similar
