Vice President Of I.t.

Team One Credit Union is seeking a qualified, experienced individual to serve as Vice President of Information Technology. The primary responsibilities of the position are to oversee and direct daily operations of the I.T. department, ensuring efficient and effective technical support service. The Vice President of I.T. works closely with and reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer. This salaried position will be performed primarily on-site, from the downtown Saginaw office, located at 520 Hayden St.

Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Establish & maintain relationships with external I.T. vendors or service providers
• Lead, develop, & implement processes for I.T. department and related systems
• Analyze I.T. infrastructure & systems performance to evaluate productivity, efficiency, operating costs, and upgrade requirements
• Supervisory duties including hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee security of systems, networks, and enterprise information
• Conduct I.T. security audits and investigations
• Other duties as assigned

Required qualifications include:

• Ability to thrive within a fast-moving environment
• Thorough understanding of I.T. workings and recommended best practices by which to support credit union goals
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• Excellent analytical and management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Experience within Financial Institution I.T. is a plus!
• Eight to ten years of I.T. Managerial experience
