Vice President Of Fp&A

We are seeking a VP of Finance for a large publicly traded retail company in Charlotte. This company is growing exponentially and has a hybrid working schedule - 3 days on-site a week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an established team of professionals and help them continue advancing within the organization
• Supporting a $600M Business Unit
• Responsible for flash reporting and variance analysis
• Responsible for all long range planning and forecasting
• Working with the strategy and analytics team to understand customers and competitive factors
• Serving as a business partner to the President
• Evaluate investment opportunities

Qualifications:

• Full P&L experience
• Retail or Consumer Service industry experience preferred
• Forward thinking and entrepreneurial
• Super User of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership experience required
• Ability to accurately model the financial aspects and outcomes of the business
• Experienced using Oracle, OneStream, and Planful
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Effective communicator who loves to work cross-functionally
• Public company experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Accounting
