Vice President of Digital Platforms
bswift, a leading provider of cloud-based technology and services for employee benefits administration, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Digital Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's digital platforms, including our unified ticketing platform, project management software, call center platforms and solutions, product solutions, and AI-driven initiatives such as machine learning and ChatGPT applications. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement of our digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the strategic vision for bswift's digital platforms, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and maintaining a client-centric approach.
2. Oversee the management and optimization of bswift's unified ticketing platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
3. Implement and maintain project management software, fostering collaboration and driving efficiency across teams.
4. Lead the development and implementation of service platforms and solutions, with a focus on enhancing client support and streamlining internal processes.
5. Drive the design, development, and execution of innovative product solutions to address market needs and improve client satisfaction.
6. Drive the adoption and integration of machine learning, AI, and ChatGPT technologies into bswift's digital platforms to enhance client experiences, streamline operations, and provide actionable insights.
7. Collaborate with the data science and engineering teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize platform improvements and enhancements, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
9. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, team members, external partners, and AI technology providers.
10. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of digital platform specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and growth.
11. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring bswift remains at the forefront of digital innovation in employee benefits administration and AI-driven solutions.
12. Ensure the highest levels of security, data privacy, and compliance across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital platform management, with a focus on ticketing systems, project management software, call center solutions, product development, and AI-driven initiatives.
3. Strong knowledge of and experience with machine learning, AI, and natural language processing technologies, including ChatGPT.
4. Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale digital initiatives.
5. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
8. Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies in digital platforms, AI applications, and the employee benefits administration industry.
9. Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
10. Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and a client-centric approach.
11. Prior experience in a leadership role within a technology or software company is highly desirable.
