Job Description

VP- Digital Technology Enablement Leader

Location: Wood Dale, IL (hybrid)

Duration: Full time, Perm

Note: This is a hybrid onsite/remote role from day 1.


Responsibilities: This individual will be a pillar at our client focusing on all around digital enablement. This individuals area will be modernizing legacy systems and moving to new capabilities with cloud enablement among other updates.


Required Skills:

  • Start-up spirit and being comfortable with delivering fast and great results in a rapidly evolving and unstructured environment
  • Prior experience focusing on technical responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) with a focus on building and leading teams
  • Familiar in Agile development methodologies
  • Competencies: Business Savvy, Strategic Management, Change of Direction, Building relationships and partnerships, Transformational, Accountability, Building confidence & integrity
  • Strong technical background and experience in building highly scalable platforms
