Responsibilities
- Oversee the growth of the HR department, hiring additional HR employees as the company expands.
- Oversee all aspects of HR, including recruiting for billing analysts, appeals nurses, and technology roles.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Evaluate and optimize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with regulations.
- Manage employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and foster employee satisfaction.
- Drive strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent for various positions.
- Spearhead the creation of a new comprehensive benefit plan and compensation structure.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to build and develop an HR team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Strong recruitment background with expertise in sourcing and selecting diverse talent.
- Experience within healthcare or health & welfare
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a small to medium-sized company.
- Experience in benefit plan design, compensation analysis, and employee relations.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM Certified an important plus
- Solid knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
